This sheath will fit the Spyderco Paramilitary 2. It is designed to automatically deploy the blade upon drawing. It will work with most aftermarket scales and pocket clips, as well as the factory version of the knife.
This variant of my auto-open sheath is meant to be worn on the belt via Tek-Lok. A second layer on the front of the sheath is curled around toward the back and can overlap and pinch the base layers of the sheath together, effectively locking it in place. While it does provide a very secure lock-up, the sheath is constructed from flexible plastic, so it does have a threshold and breaking point. That said, the amount of force and pressure required to overcome the lock is quite high, and the point of having it is to prevent accidental loss or theft. This variant is available in right or left hand configuration. Please look at the product title to be sure you are getting the correct version for you.
